1. Coaching Scope & Disclaimer
Beautiful & Uniquely Blended LLC provides faith-based spiritual life coaching focused on personal growth, identity, clarity, confidence, faith, purpose, goals, and action. Coaching is not psychotherapy, professional counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis intervention and is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. 

 

2. Emergency & Crisis Notice
B&UB does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in immediate danger, experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, or having thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, call 911, contact 988 in the United States, or seek immediate professional care. 

 

3. Confidentiality
Coaching conversations are treated as private and confidential to the extent reasonably possible. Coaching communications may not be legally privileged. Confidentiality may be limited when disclosure is required by law, when you authorize disclosure, or when there is a serious and immediate safety concern. Third-party scheduling, payment, email, video, or form services may be used in normal business operations. 

 

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an individual coaching appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged the full session fee. Group coaching, workshops, speaking engagements, and special events may have separate cancellation terms stated in the applicable quote or agreement. 

 

5. Payments & Refunds
Payment is due according to the terms shown at booking or in a written quote. Completed coaching sessions are nonrefundable. Fees for missed or late-cancelled sessions are generally nonrefundable. If B&UB cancels a paid session and cannot reasonably reschedule it, a credit or refund will be provided for that cancelled session. 

 

6. Group Coaching, Workshops & Speaking
Group coaching starts at the listed base rate when shown, but final pricing may vary based on group size, session length, workshop format, customization, materials, travel, location, and event requirements. A personalized quote may be required before booking. 

 

7. Results Disclaimer
Coaching can support growth, clarity, and action, but individual results vary. B&UB does not guarantee a specific personal, spiritual, professional, financial, relationship, or health outcome. 

 

8. Before Your First Paid Session
New clients may be asked to review and accept the B&UB Coaching Agreement & Client Policies and complete a private Client Intake Questionnaire before the first paid coaching session.
